摘　　要：Φ２７０ｍｍ２０Ｍｎ３连铸圆管坯有良好的穿孔性能和机械性能，在Φ４００ｍｍ自动轧管机组上能顺利地轧成Φ３２５ｍｍ×１０ｍｍ成品管，合格率与轧制坯相当，实现连铸圆管坯轧管的关键是铸坯的质量，钢水经ＬＦ炉精炼是改善铸坯质量的有效保证。The trial production has proven that it is possible to smoothly produce Φ32 5mm×10mm pipes on the Φ400mm plug mill with Φ270mm 20Mn3St,CC rounds and that the yield is no less than that of production with rolled blooms.The production of rolled pipes with CC rounds is basically based on the quality of the CC bloom which is mainly ensured by means of LF treatment of the hot metal.
