摘　　要：在对Φ１３３ｍｍ顶管机组１００００ｋＮ冷剪机传动系统进行常规校核的基础上，通过有限元法及电测法对机架牌坊进行了计算与测试，并提出了正确的加固措施。实践表明，该冷剪机的改造是成功的。Based on the result of the routine caliberation of the drive system employed by the 10,000kN cold shearer of the Φ133mm push bench pipe mill,computation and measurement concerning the mill housing were conducted with finite element method and electrical measurement method, and accordingly,proper measures were taken to reinforce the mill housing. The modification of the shearer has been proven successful via operational practice.
