摘  要:氧气炼钢和连铸工艺的发展,改变了现代炼钢的面貌。在LD转炉炼钢取代了平炉炼钢的主导地位后,而今氧气转炉炼钢又面临电炉炼钢的竞争与挑战。目前,世界上氧气转炉(包括LD法及其派生的新工艺)炼钢的产能在总粗钢产能中的比例似平稳定在60%左右。氧气转炉炼钢欲保持继续发展,就必须研究完善其现有的一些多用废钢的技术;问时还要开发新的炼铁工艺,提供具有竞争价格的铁水。AbstractThe development of oxygen steelmaking and continuous-casting technologies have greatly changed today's steelmaking process.After taken the leading place of open-health furnace,oxygen LD converter is being faced with the challenge and competition of electric arc furnace.At present,the percentage of the steel productivity of oxygen converter,including LD and other related new technologies,to the total gross steel productivity seems to remain stably at ca,60% in the world.To keep continuous developing of oxygen converter,the technologies to reuse more scrap,which are applied today must be further studied and perfected,At the same time,new ironmaking technology must be developed to supply hot metal with competitive price.
