摘  要:文中详细探讨了多元微合金化对稀土低铬白口铸铁显微组织、力学性能和抗磨性的影响。结果表明:微合金化处理稀土低铬白口铸铁,组织明显细化,硬度略有提高,动态断裂韧性提高47.2%,抗磨性提高80.2%。模拟试验表明,采用多元微合金稀土低铬白口铸铁磨球磨水泥,其磨耗与高铬球相当。he influence of multi-microalloy on the micro structure.mechanical properties and the wear resistance of the RE low chromium white cast iron is tesearched in this paper.he re-sults show that by microalloying the structureis obviously refined,the hardness is increased and the dynamic fracture toughness and the wear resistance are improved by 47.2%and 80.2%separately,The simulation test proves that when the grinding ball made from this white cast iron is used to grindcement,its wear is the same to that of hign chromium grin ding ball.
