摘 要:用三维弹-塑性有限元法对H型钢轧制过程中腹板单位压力分布规律进行模拟分析。将翼缘与腹板分开进行研究,利用可变刚度的伪单元模拟翼缘与腹板交接面。上特殊的金属流动关系,这比将翼缘与腹板整体考虑进行研究更符合实际。同时采用伪单元模拟轧制过程中金属表面与轧辊间的接触摩擦状态,较真实地表现了轧制变形区中存在滑动、粘着的摩擦特性。AbstractIn this paper,a three dimensional elastic- plastic finite element method is applied fot simulating the draught pressure distribution on web of I beam during rolling,The method to simulate special relation about flow of metal between flange and web in rolli ng by means of variable stiffness pseudo unit method under the condition of keeping flange separate from web is more conform to reality than that to take flange with web as a whole. The variable stif-fness pseudo-unit method is also adopted to solve the problem of bounbary friction in rolling,and this is a relatively real way to show the friction characteristics of sliding and adhesive in rolling deformed area.
