摘　　要：介绍了三层卷焊管的特点及生产工艺过程。着重说明其坯料的准备、成型及钎焊的特点。介绍了两种典型的生产工艺流程。指出该工艺是对传统制管工艺的发展和创新，是以焊管代替小直径厚壁管的又一新途径。AbstractThis paper introduces the character istics of the triple wall brazed tube and its production process,mainly expJaining the technology in preparation of the strip,roll-forming,and brazing. Two typical technological processes are presented.It is pointed out that this technology is both a development and an innovation to the conventional tube-making technologyl and is a new way to substitute the small-diameter and thick-wall seamlcss tube with welded tubes.
