摘　　要：本文研究了调质前不同预先热处理对４Ｃ１５ＭｏＶＳｉ钢的σ＿ｂ、σ＿１、ａ＿ｋ、Ｋ＿Ｉｃ、显微组织及断口形貌的影响。结果表明：在常规热处理之前增加一次正火处理可降低钢中未溶碳化物数量，细化奥氏体晶粒，消除碳化物不均匀分布提高强度和韧性。钢的断口为准解理十韧窝属于韧性断裂。AbstractThis investigation deals with the effect of the prehea ting treatment on the microstruc-ture and fractography of the 4Cr5MoVSi hot work steel.The experimental re sults show that the addition of one homogenization preheating treatmc nt before norma l heat treatment can decrea-se the amount of remai ning carbides in steel,fine austenite gra in size,elimi nate inhomogeneo-usly distributed carbides and increase the stren gth and the toughness of the steel.The steel trea-ted with this pruccss shows a fractograph with quasi-cleavage and dimple。
