摘 要:本文分析了5Cr21Mn9Ni4N钢锻造140mm方坯中产生的锻造裂纹,研究了模拟的相同和不同锻造加热温度和加热后的冷却过程中晶界和晶内惯析面上沉淀相的类型、形貌、分布特征和变化规律以及晶界和惯析面的弱化与裂纹形成的关系。结果表明,锻造裂纹形成主要与锻造加热温度过高和(或)终锻温度过低有关。结合高温拉伸、热扭转试验结果,确定了锻造温度参数:加热温度为1180~1200℃;开锻温度为1080~1100℃;终锻温度为980℃以上。AbstractThe forging cracks appeared in the forged square bille of 140×140 mm of the 5Cr21Mn9Ni4Nsteel have been analysed.The type,shape,distribution and the change pattern of the precip-tates,which appeared on the grain boundaries and the planes of conventional precipitate ofthe internal grains during the simulate forging tests at different heat temperature,have beeninvestigated. The relationship between the crackforming and the weakness of the grain boun-dary and the planes of conventional precipitate has been studied.The results show that thecracks may occur when the heat temperature is too high and(or)the end-forging temperatureis too low.According to the results of the investigation including hot tensile test and hottorsion test,the torging temperatures are selected: the heat temperature is 1180-1200℃,theforging beginning temperature is 1080-1100℃and the end-forging temperature is above 980℃
