连铸钢流保护浇注的研究

摘　　要：通过对连铸水口接缝吸气原理的分析．建立了水口接缝吸气方程，计算结果与试验分析基本吻合。同时，提出了利用密封料密封水口接缝的保护方法，试验的保护效果显著。AbstractAir-absorbing equation has been set up by analysis of air absorbing principle at nozzle joi-nt gap in the continuous casting process,The computing results are in accord with experiment analysis.At the same time,the protection Inethod that the nozzle joint gap is sealed by seala- nt has been put forward.Experimental results have shown to be very effective in steel stream protection.
