摘  要:为了满足核电站及高压容器特厚板的需求,研制了27.1t直接轧制成材的大型扁钢锭。经试浇A52、SB410、RRSt37-3Cu3N等钢种1万余吨,取得了120mm厚板探伤一级合格成材率平均提高3.4g%、模耗降低4.5kg/t的良好效果。AbstractIn order to satisfy the supply of extra thick steel plate for nuelear power station and bigh- pressure container the production technology of 27.1t flat steel ingot for direct rolling was de velopd .In the test,more than 10,000 tons of different kind of steel,such as A52, SB4410 and RRSt37-3Cu3N etc.,were casted and better results were achieved:120 mm thick plate is up to the top-grade standard of flow detection,the finished product rate increases by average of 3.49%,and the wear of mould decreases 4.5kg/t.
