复二重式线材轧机计算机辅助优化孔型设计系统的研究

摘　　要：分析了我国复二重式线材轧机的特点，提出了针对该轧机特点的计算机辅助孔型设计的设计思想、程序框图等。该程序通用性强，除能设计外，还能进行生产模拟计算，连轧配辊计算。程序中有汉字提示，可在屏幕上进行修改、选择。操作灵活、方便。AbstractThis paper analyses the characters of double two high wire mill in China and put forward the design methob and program frame drawing of CARD of this mill.This program can be widely used, such as in roll pass design,the imitation of practical production and the calculation of allocating rolls in continuous rolling.The program can be operated under the introduction of Chinese words,and possesses the function of revising and selecting on screen.It can be easily operated.
