摘 要:在1500℃,用CaSi-CaF_2为脱磷剂对铬铁合金进行了还原脱磷实验,在脱磷剂用量为1/10合金量时,脱磷率近50%。对应于最大的脱磷率存在着一个最佳的初始[C] ̄*,而且随着[Cr]的增加而增加,其定量关系式为[%C] ̄*=1.025+0.055[%Cr];[Cr]和温度对脱磷效果影响不大,这是与氧化脱磷听不同的。还讨论了还原脱磷剂的选择原则和顶渣使用的必要性。最后,结合作者前期氧化脱磷的研究结果,对铬铁类合金的氧化法和还原法脱磷作了综合比较,说明了它们各自的工艺特点和在工业上的应用。AbstractExperiments on rPdncing depbosphorization for Fe-Cr alloys with CaSi-CaF_2 fluxes were Ca-rried out at 1500℃。Abont 50 % of dephosphorization efficiency was obtainsd when using 10g/100gal-loys of dephosphorizing reagent.Based on the experimental results,the infuenccs of[C] ̄*, [Cr] and temperature on dephosphorization were discussed.It shows that there exists an optimum initial [C] ̄*, corresponding to the maximum dephosphorization efficiency,[C] ̄* is increased with [Cr] and their quantitative relation is[%C] ̄*=1.025+0.055[%Cr].It also shows that [Cr]and temperature almost have no effect on dephosphorization,which are the imporfant featuresdistinguishing from the oxidizing dephosphorization,The princlple of selection of the reagents and the neccessity of using top slag wcre also interpreted.Finally;combining with Our pervious work with regard to oxidizing dephosphorization,oxidizing and reducing methods for Fe-Cr alloys were comprehensively compared, to illustrate their technological characteristics and their industri- al applications respectively.
