摘　　要：研究了连铸喷淋水冷结晶器的实用喷嘴。考察了喷嘴的水流密度分布、喷射角度、水滴速度等水力特性参数。给出了喷嘴群在结晶器上的布置方式及合理的水流密度分布曲线。A cold-state experimental device of the biilet caster spraycooling mold is designed to study the behaviour ot its mist jet.Based on the investigation of the nozzles'water characteristic parameters,such as water flow distribution, spray angle and water drop velocity,the nozzles ar-rangement in the mold and rational water flow distribution profiles are obtained.
