摘　　要：系统介绍了ＲＨ真空处理装置耐火材料的选择、使用及蚀损状况，提出了真空处理状态下恶劣的使用条件及高的作业率对耐火材料的要求，同时对耐火材料的施工方法，烘烤工艺，修补工艺进行讨论并提出了改进的措施与意见。election,application and corrosive damage of the refractory material used for RH vacuum treatment apparatus are systematically deseribed;requirements for the refractory material under the condetions of adverse environment and high operating availability specified;manufacturing method for the refractory,baking process as well as patching and repairing technique discussed;and measures for improvenent recommended in the paper.
