摘　　要：以热轧铁鳞为原料，进行了硬磁铁氧体的研究。筛选出了最佳成分配方，研制的材料性能分别达到部标的Ｙ＿２０、Ｙ＿２５、Ｙ＿３牌号标准。扫描电镜断口分析表明：掺杂可以控制晶粒生长，提高材料的性能。Research was made on the hard magnetic ferrite using the hot rolled scale as raw material and the optimal proportioning of various components was screened out through tests.The trial produced products conform to standard for products Y20、Y25 and Y30 specified by the Ministry.Fracture analysis by the scanning electron microscope shows that grain growth can be effectively inhibited and product properties highly improved by adding appropriate amount of foreign elements.
