摘 要:本文采用透射电镜手段研究了Cu在高磁感取向硅钢Hi-B中的作用。结果发现,加CuHi-B钢在热轧过程中形成大量(Cu,Mn)_(1.8)S和(Mn,Cu)S质点,前者较后者更加细小。随着硫化物质点尺寸的减小,质点中Cu相对于Mn的比例不断提高。由此证明,加Cu起到了提高硫化物析出量,减小硫化物质点尺寸的作用。同时发现,热轧时形成的硫化物质点经1120℃高温常化后发生了明显粗化。另外,在常化及脱碳板中,硫化物一般是以硫化物+AIN复合质点的形式存在,并且(Mn,Cu)S与AIN之间存在(2110)AIN//(110)_(Mn,Cu)S取向关系。The role of copper in a high induction grain oriented silicon steel wasstudied by TEM. It was found that during the hot rolling, a large amount of(Cu,Mn),8S and(Mn,Cu)S particles precipitated.The former is finer than the lat-ter. The contents of Cu in Sulphide particles,relative to that of Mn ,increase continu-ously with decreasing particle size. Therefore,it may be concluded that Cu plays arole of increasing the arnount of sulphide and decreasing the particle size. Besides,thesulphide particles precipitated in the hot roling process were coarsened Obviouslyduring the normalizing annealing. Finally, it was also discovered that in the normal-ized and decarburized sheets,the sulphide existed generally in the form of sulphide+AlN compound particles,and that(Mn,Cu)S and AIN had the orientation relation of(2110)_(AIN)//(110)_((Mn,Cu)S).
