摘 要:本文介绍对国内氮气雾化法生产的FGH95高温合金粉末的研究结果,并和美国Crucible公司用氩气雾化法生产的Rene95合金粉末进行了对比。结果表明,国产旋风分离器粉的粒度组成、松装密度、摇实密度都和美国粉相近,但球形度比美国粉稍差。粘聚程度较重,因而流动性较差;夹杂较多,但空心率和空心直径大于10μm的空心个数都比美国粉低;显微组织、偏析规律与美国粉相同。还观察了粉未经700℃至1200℃真空热处理后组织的变化。发现随处理温度升高,粉末颗粒表面由凹陷变平。当温度≥1160℃时,枝晶消失,出现再结晶和晶粒长大现象。In this paper the domestic argon atomized FGH95 superalloy powderwas investigated and compared in detail with argon atomized Rene95 allay powder produced by Crucible Company U. S. A. This work indicates that the sieve analysis,apparent density and tap density of domestic cyclone container’s powder are similar to that of the U. S.A . powder,but the degree of sphericity and agglomeration of do-mestic powder are inferior to that of the U. S. A. one, resulting in less flowability.Moreover,the domestic powder contains more non-metallic inclusions, but it’s hol-low ratio and number of hollows ,d> 10 μm,are less than that of the U. S. A. one.The microstructure and the behavior of segregation are similar.In addition,the change of microstructure of powders after vacuum heat-treatment in the tempera-ture range of 700℃ to 1200℃ was observed.We’ve found that ,as the heat-treat-ment temperature rises,the surface of the powder particles changes from depressed to flat.When temperature goes above 1160℃,the dendrite structure vanishes, then recrystallization and grain growth appear.
