摘  要:高浓度煤粉输送是高炉喷煤的一个发展方向,本文对固气比为40~230kg_粉/kg_气范围内的水平管段、垂直管段的压力损失进行了实验研究,同时得到压力损失系数与弗鲁德数的关系式,并与较低浓度时的情况作了比较。此外,对整个管段压力变化及不同管径的压力损失也做了初步研究。为高浓度输送机理的进一步研究和实际运用提供了良好的基础。The dense-phase conveying of pulverized coal is a trend in the field of blast furnace. The experimental study on horizontal and vertical pipe pressure drops was completed, in which the solid/gas ratio was from 40~230 kg_s/kg_g. The result was compared with that at the lower solid/gas ratio. In addition, the pressure varia-tion along a pipeline and the relationship between pressure drop and pipe diameter were preliminary studied.The results presented in this paper set a good foundation for the extensive study on high concentration conveying mechanism and actual applications.
