摘 要:为了进一步增强HDPE/CaCO3填充复合体系的界面相互作用,在对GaCO3表面改性的同时,还加入一种新型改性剂──马来酸酐改性的聚烯烃。对填充体系的结构、性能和相互作用进行了研究。结果表明,改性后的填充体系综合性能已大大超过本体,冲击强度与改性前相比提高了9倍多;SEM及抽提实验表明,改性剂和改性填料之间存在明显的相互作用,且形成较牢固的键合;DSC和WAXD显示改性剂对HDPE的结晶行为基本无影响。In order to improve the interfacial interaction of HDPE/CaCO3 blend,a kind of surface modified CaCo3(CaCO3-A),and a new type of midifier──carboxylate polyolifin(PEA or PEB) were prepared.The relationship between structures and properties of modified HDPE/CaCD3 blends Were studied. The results showed that mechanical properties of the HDPE/PEB/CaCO3-A blends were much higher than that of HDPE matrix,the Izod impact strength of the blends was more than 9 times as high as that of the unmodified ones.The interfacial interaction between CaCo3-A and the modifiers was identified by SEM and xylene extracting experiments.DSC and WAXD revealed that the modifier had little effect on crystalline structure of HDPE.
