摘  要:无机填料同时增韧增强HDPE体系的界面相互作用王勇,李瑞海,王贵恒(成都科技大学纺织工学院,成都科技大学高分子材料系,成都,610065)关键词无机填料,HDPE,界面改性,增韧增强无机刚性粒子能否同时增韧增强聚合物,是一个理论上或工业上极有意义的课...The interfacial structure and interaction of ternary blends of HDPE,carboxylated polyethylene(PE-MA)and CaCO3 grafted with acrylamide(CaCO3-AA)have been studied. It was found that the improvement of interfacial adhesion by the PE-MA and CaCO3-AA is clearly revealed in the SEM of the fracture surface,which leads not only to the increase of the tensile strength, but also to the increase of the toughness.This behavior has been attributed to a series of chemical and physico-chemical interactions taking place between the two components during the blending process which were conformed by FTIR,DSC and extraction experiments.
