摘 要:本文对桐油改性酚醛树脂的一些性能进行了研究,并着重利用DTA、TG热分析技术研究了这类改性树脂的耐热性能及其热分解动力学。实验结果表明,桐油改性酚醛树脂的热分解分为两个阶段:第一个分解峰为450~490℃,约分解30~45%;第二个分解峰为570~670℃,约分解35~55%。随着甲醛/苯酚摩尔比的增加,初始分解温度逐渐升高。这种经桐油改性的酚醛树脂耐热性能可达:初始分解温度359.4~383.7℃,耐热温度指数220~230℃,热分解表观活化能280~320kJ/mol。与普通酚醛树脂相比,耐热性能显著提高,可望用于汽车耐温刹车片的基体树脂。In this paper,some properties of phenolic resins modified with tung oil were studied,and the thermal stabilities and thermo decomposition dynamics were investigated emphatilly with DTA,TG.Experimental results were show that the thermal decomposition behavior of phenolic resins modified about 30% ̄45%; the second decomposition top was about 570 ̄670℃,decomposed about 35% ̄55%.The initial decomposition temperature was increased gradually as the F/P molar ratio increased.The best heat-resistant properties of these modified resins were as follow:initial decomposition temperature was 359.4 ̄383.7℃,heat-resistant temperature index was 220 ̄230℃,apparent activation energy in thermal decomposition was 280 ̄320kJ·mol-1.Compared the best modified resin with common PF,its heat-resistant properties were increased obviously and could be used as the matrix resin of high-temperature-resistant brake tinings for automobiles.
