摘　　要：合成了具有悬吊双键的苯乙烯－二乙烯基苯的功能微球，在悬吊双键处接枝甲基丙烯酸，制成了一系列不同接枝度的两亲性聚合物，并将其拉制成ＬＢ膜，这种膜具有良好的Ｃ－Ｖ特性。A new type of amphiphilic polymer were prepared,its hydrophobic part is a soluble St-DVB microgel,the hydrophilic part is PMA,this amphiphilic polymer with different hydrophilic degrees.This paper,condition of reaction synthem were discussed.The ultrathin film of this polymer were fabricated,this a find film with capacitance-voltage(CV)characteristics.When the LB films were heated to 180℃,the crosslinking can occur further,it is clear that the LB films are excellent ultrathin dielectric materials.
