摘 要:研究了PES与热致液晶聚合物(DCP)HBA/PET(60/40)共混物的转矩流变和剪切流变性能。加入2%~5%HBA/PET(60/40)可使PES熔体在低剪切速率下的表观粘度下降2~4倍。共混物的粘流活化能也低于纯PES的活化能。加入少量LCP(5%以下)可望大大改善PES的加工性能。Rheological studies of blends of polyethersulphone (PES) with a liquid crystalline polyrmer (LCP) HBA/PET(60/40)were carried out using a capillary rheometer and a HAAKE rheometer.In the shear rate range studied both the LCP and the PES and their blends exhibited non-Newtonian behavior. An approximately twofold-fourfold drop in apparrent viscosity at low shear rates for the addition of only 2% ̄5% of LCP was found.The flow activation energies of the blends studied were also lower than that of PES.The processing temperature of PES may decrease 20 ̄30℃ by blending with a few percent of the LCP.
