摘　　要：本文从资源利用的战略角度讨论了发展及加强天然高分子研究的重要性。以几个天然高分子为例讨论了它们的研究动向及进展。与合成高分子相比，指出了天然高分子研究中存在的问题。文中对我国学者在这一领域中所作的卓越贡献做了简要介绍。The importance for developing and strengthenning the study on natural polymer has been discussed on the strategy viewpoint of resources utilization in this paper. Several natural polymers have been used as example to discuss the tendency and advance of the study. To compare with synthetic polymer, the problems in natural polymer study have been pointed out. The excellent works in this field contributed by Chinese scientists are briefly introduced.
