电沉积再生触媒及金刚石合成的研究

摘  要:在国产铰链式六面顶压机上,选择合适的条件,使用电沉积再生触媒合成出优质的粗粒和细粒金刚石。并对合成出来的粗粒金刚石进行强度测定和热失重分析。Catalyst plays an important role in the diamond synthesis by static pressuremethod.It can lower the pressure and temperature required to transform graphite into diamond.The smelted Ni-Mn-Co catalyst is widely used in China.In this paper,a new kind of catalyst is made according to Prof.Gou Qingquan's 3 optimiza-tion principles for catalyst.When the Ni-Mn-Co catalyst in synthetic bar is removed by quickelectrolysis,a thin piece of metal plate, which is level and regular in thickness, is obtained on the negative e lectrode by control ling electrolytic conditions.The chemical analysis shows that itscomposition is Ni-Co-Fe,a good catalyst according to Prof.Gou's 3 principles,and is called re-gene rated catalyst of electredeposition.Large amount of coarse and fine diamond has been syn-thesized by using the regenerated catalyst of electrodeposition with the cubic type press of 6×7.84MN(made in China).TG analyses and strength tests show that the quality of the synthesizeddiamond is satisfactory.Besides the catalyst can be recycled to use,deducing the cost of diamondproduction and raising the profits.
