摘  要:利用X射线衍射和Eu ̄(2+)发射光谱方法研究了非晶玻璃SrB_4O_7在高温高压下的晶化。结果表明:在5.0GPa压力下,200℃仍为玻璃态,只有几个强度极低的小峰,表明有晶化的迹象;600℃时已基本晶化,但为SrB_4O_7正交相与SrB_2O_4高压立方相二相共存;当温度提高到1000℃时,晶化成了近单相的与常压SrB_4O_7粉末晶体相同的正交结构。伴随晶化度的加强,Eu ̄(2+)发射强度增强,与X射线衍射结果相一致。The crystallization process of amorphous SrB_4O_7 under high pressure were studied by using X-ray diffraction and Eu ̄(2+)emission spectra.X-ray diffraction results show that under the pressure of 5.0GPa,at 200℃ there exists a few small diffraction peaks with very low intensi-ty,indicating trace crystallization.At 600℃,however,the crystallization process basically com-pletes,it becomes a mixture of two phases,one is an orthorhombic SrB_4O_7 and the other cubic SrB_2O_4; as the temperature increasing to 1000℃,the sample crystallizes to single phase SrB_4O_7 with a structure the same as the powder crystal sample's prepared under atmosphere.The above results were further confirmed by Eu ̄(2+)emission spectra obsenations:the intensity of Eu ̄(2+)emis-sion peak at 370nm increased obviously with the crystallinity of the sample.
