摘　　要：本文从随机理论出发,提出了对样机进行载荷实测及数据处理并获得极值载荷主要概率特征的方法。首次对叉车门架进行了载荷实测和极值载荷统计处理。所得数据可直接用于叉车门架静强度可靠性设计。On the basis of stochastic theory, a method for losd measurement on machine prototype and data processing to obtain main probabilities of extreme loads is presented in this paper. It it used in actual load measurement and data processing of extreme loads on the gantry of a fork lift. The results obtained can be used directly for reliability design for static strength of fork lift gantry
