摘 要:对非牛顿流体在小尺寸方形通道内的低雷诺数受迫对流传热进行了实验研究。实验用介质为1500wppmCarbopol-934中性水溶液。通道顶壁受到等热流加热。结果表明,流体粘弹性与传热的相互作用取决于雷诺数的大小。当表观雷诺数Re>11.5时,非牛顿流体开始强化对流传热。Re数越高,传热强化的程度越大。流体的阻力系数则几乎不受粘弹性的影响。An experimental study has been carried out for the forced convection heat transfer in non-Newtonian fluid in a small scale square duct at low Reynolds numbers. The fluid medium used in the experiment was the neutralized aqueous 1500 wppm Carbopol-934 solution. The top wall of the square duct was heated under constant heat flux. Results show that the interaction between fluid viscoelasticity and heat transfer depends on the values of Reynolds number. When the apparent Reynolds number Re>11.5, the non-Newtonian fluid starts to enhance the convection heat transfer. The higher the values of Re, the higher the levels of heat transfer enhancement. And the fluid friction factors are almost unaffected by the viscoelasticity.
