摘  要:通过粘度的测量,考察了壳聚糖在不同条件下经不同剂量γ射线辐照所引起的分子量的变化,并分别计算了真空和空气中壳聚糖辐射裂解的G(S)值。Chitosan,which is a new functional biopolymer of high potential appoications in various fields,was irradiated under vacuum and in air. The changes of molecular weight have been studied with viscosity measurements. The results show that degradation is the main reaction of chitosan on irradiation, and the presence of oxygen can enhance the chain scission reaction, The G(S)values of chain scission under vacuum and in air were calculated to be 0.58 and 0.80 respectively.
