摘　　要：本文对ＩＰＤＩ接触工人及对照组共４９０人进行了现场调查，同时进行了３６名在岗工人班前班后肺功能测定，发现在ＩＰＤＩ浓度低于０．５４ｍｇ／ｍ３时，可引起眼及呼吸道粘膜的局部刺激作用，但皮肤致敏、慢性支气管炎、支气管哮喘的发生并不高于对照组，长期或短暂接触ＩＰＤＩ也未能引起肺功能的明显改变。A survey of 271 IPDl exposed workers and 219 control was performed, including questionaire,physical examination,and measurement of airborne IPDI.A local irritation on eyes and respiratory tracts was found in the study groups under the IPDI concentration below 0. 54 mg/m3,no higher incidence of skin allergy, chronic bronchitis and bronchial asthma was observed in exposed workers comparing with those in control. It also showed no significant changes of lung functions after one day or a long term exposure to IPDI.
