摘  要:应用光镜、电镜观察和功能测定研究不同剂量的苯吸入染毒27周对雌性BALB/C小鼠的肝肾等器官的毒作用及其动态变化。结果表明:苯对肾、肺的损伤轻微;但对肝脏可引致脂肪沉积、气球样变和嗜酸样变性及点坏死,并随染毒剂量增加和染毒时间延长,病变程度及范围加重。电镜观察可见:较高剂量组肝细胞内线粒体肿胀、边集,内质网减少;肝细胞及肝窦内有较多的脂滴和髓样小体。染毒后期较高剂量组转氨酶显著升高。Dynamic morphological and functional changes of liver and kidney in female BALB/C mice exposed to benzene for 27 weeks(6 hrs./d, 6 d/w) were studied by light and transmitted electron microscopy examinations and determination of liver and kidney functions. The results showed that in the liver of mice inhaling 400mg/m3 benzene and combination of 40mg/m3 benzene inhalation, there were ballooning, fatty and acidophilic degenerations and dot necrosis. The intensity and range of the pathological changes increased with exposure time. The ultrastructural changes of liver include swelling degeneration and centrifugal distribution of microchondria and reduction of endoplasmic reticulum. There were fatty drops and myelocystic body in the liver cells and the sinus. The values of GPT in the later exposure period were all higher than those in the controls significantly. There were no obvious changes seen in kidney and lung examinations.
