国人脑内某些解剖结构定位研究与临床应用

摘　　要：本文通过对４５个正常成人脑标本进行三维连续２ｍｍ切片，对Ｆｏｒｅｌ－Ｈ，隔区等九个脑内重要结构的解剖坐标及毗邻关系进行观测，为立体定向手术提供解剖学依据。５５例临床实践证明手术疗效比较满意。We determined 9 important intracranial targets coordinates and their peripheral relationship,such as Fore- Hand septal area etc, On 45 nomal adult specimens by measuring their 3-dimen-sions on consecutive 2 mm slice of brain to provi and anatomical evidence for stereotactic opera-tions. It is proved that these targets conform clinical requirement and effect Was satisfactory afteroperation in 55 cases.
