摘　　要：详细描述了产自江苏镇江龙潭组下部的辉木２新种和１未定种：Ｐｓａｒｏｎｉｕｓｊｉａｎｇｓｕｅｎｓｉｓｓｐ．ｎｏｖ，Ｐｓ．ｏｃｔｏｇｏｎｕｓｓｐ．ｎｏｖ，Ｐｓ．ｓｐ．。对Ｐｓａｒｏｎｉｕｓ属的分类问题、化石的形成过程和埋葬条件，以及古生态意义等作了比较详细的论述。The tree fern Psaronii is an interesting group of Palaeozoic plants,mainly growing under the tropical and humid conditions. The findings of petrified trunks of Psaronius in eastern China not only provide new data in the field of palaeobotany,but also affords some respects in the palaeoecological analysis.In the present paper two new species of Psaronius are described I with a discussion on the classification,environments of fossilization,and palaeoecological significance of the petrified materials.
