下肢创伤后非急症截肢有关问题的探讨

摘　　要：作者分析了33例下肢伤救治过程中造成截肢的因素,伤肢条件、全身情况、伤肢功能再评价、医源因素以及有益的延迟截肢,认为当肢体存留危及生命、难以治愈的组织坏死与感染以及后期并发症致肢体无用时宜选择截肢。The authors analysed some factors of non-emergent amputation in 33 cases with lower extremity trauma. There were condition of traumatic limb,gerenal condition,reevaluation of function of in-juried limb,iatrogenic factors and beneficial delayed amputation. Selected amputation should be done when life threatening due to reserved limb,incurable necrosis and infection,and useless limb resulting from late complications.
