摘  要:激光诱发家蚕突变及其遗传育种的研究陈震古(安徽农业大学激光育种研究室,合肥,230036)StudiesonMutagenesisofSilkworm(BombyxMori)andit'sGeneticsandBreedingbyLaser¥Chen...It is a new technology that laser induces parthenogenesis of silkworm. Because of difference between stimulating sensitivity of female-nucleus and andro-nucleus of silkworm, laser stimulation could not only that infertilie egg developes into female parthenogenesis, but also result in male parthenogenesis by damaging female-nuclus of cross-moth egg and spurring development of andr0-nuclus.The results of the experiment show that the effects on inducing parthenogensis of silkworm by laser are significcant. At the same time, two new mutants of “ Lamp1” and “ Lamp2” are selected, and would be variety of speckle sex-limitation.
