摘  要:采用毛细管气相色谱-博里叶变换红外光谱(GC-FTIR)技术对工业废水中的有机污染物进行了鉴定,井用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)进行了对照。在分离出的25个组分中,GC-FTIR发挥了能给出官能团信息和区别同分异构体的长处,而GC-MS则发挥了灵敏度高、能提供分子量信息和区别同系物的特点。organic pollutants in a industrial waste water were detected and 16 out of them were characterized with GC-FTIR and GC-MS techniques. Results show that GC-FTIR possesses a strong capability of providing more information of functional groups than GC-MS and therefore being able to identify organic isomers. Thus, GC-FTIR identified ethylbenzene, m -xylene and o -xylene, the mass spectra of which are, however, basically the same.While GC-MS has the advantages of being more sensitive and providing more information of the sizes of groups and molecular itself than GC-FTIR. Thus, 3 dialkyl phthalates in the waste water, which gave similar spectra determinied with GC-FTIR, were identified with GC-MS. It can be concluded from the study that the combination of GC-FTIR and GC-MS techniques can provide the researchers in the field of environmental analysis with a powerful tool in the separation and characterization of organic pollutants.
