摘  要:本文用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定红细胞结合铜、锌、铁含量。测定健康者34人,膜结合铜、锌、铁平均值分别为0.239+0.108μg/mg膜蛋白,1.867±0.567μg/mg膜蛋白,12.53士4.79μg/mg膜蛋白;肺癌患者30人,膜结合铜、锌、铁平均值分别为0.282士0.5156μg/mg膜蛋白,1.514士0.476μg/mg膜蛋白,17.53士3.77μg/mg膜蛋白。测定结果表明,肺癌组膜结合锌明显低于对照组(p<0.01);膜结合铁明显高于对照组(p>0.05);膜结合钢与对照组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05);膜Cu/Zn率明显高于对照组(0.05>P>0.01)。该方法的回收率膜铜为97.25~103.03%,膜锌为98.77~100.26%,膜铁为99.05~100.13%。相对标准偏差膜铜小于3.57%,膜锌小于3.69%,膜铁小于3.60%。The present study determine d the amount of binding copper zinc and ferrum in human erythrocyte membrane by using flame AAS. In thirty-four healthy subjects, the average of binding copper, Zinc and ferrum in erythrocyte membrane are 0.239 ± 0. 108 μg/mg,1. 867 ± 0. 567 and 12. 530± 4. 793 μg/mg membrane protein respectively. In thirty patients with lung cancer disease, the average of binding copper, zinc and ferrum in erythrocyte membrane are 0. 282 ± 0. 151 μg/mg, 1. 514 ± 0. 476 and 17. 533 ± 3. 774 μg/mg membrane proteins respectively. The difference between heaethy subjects and patients of membrane zinc. ferrum and membrane Cu/Zn rate are significant. As to the determination method, the rate of recovery varied the membrane copper from 97. 25% to 103. 03%, the membrane zinc from 98. 77% to 100. 26% and the membrane ferrum from 99. 05 % to 100. 13%. The RSD of Cu, Zn, Fe are less than 3. 57%, 3. 69%, 3. 60%, respectively.
