摘  要:使用荧光素钠注射液进行眼底血管造影,显影清晰度和显影持续时间是造影的重要质量指标,荧光猝灭作用直按影响造影质量。本文研究了浓度、酸度、温度及重金属离子与荧光淬灭的关系。结果表明:荧光素浓度大于1.55×10-5mol·L-1时,随着浓度增大,荧光猝灭作用增强;酸度对荧光猝灭作用有明显作用,PH值小于8.5时,随着PH值升高而减弱,PH值大于8.5时,随着PH值升高而增强;温度对荧光猝灭作用呈线性关系,温度升高,荧光猝灭作用减弱;重金属离子对荧光猝灭有显著的作用,是影响眼底血管造影质量的重要因素。The clearity and lasting time of the development are two important indices to theoptical fundus blood vessel development of sodium fluorescein injecta. The fluorescencequenching directly affects the development quality. In this paper, we studied the relationshipbetween the concentration, acidity, temperature, heavy metalic ions and the fluorescencequenching of fluorescein. The result showed that when the concentration was over 1. 55 ×10-5 mol/L, the fluorescence quenching strengthened with the increase of fluorescence concentration. Acidity has the evident effect on fluorescein quenching when the PH value is over8. 5, the fluorescence quenching weakened with the increase of PH. When the PH value wasover 8. 5, the fluorescence quenching strengthened with the increase of PH. The fouorescence quenching appeared linear relation to the temperature, the fluorescence quenching weakened with the increase of temperature. The heavy metalic ions have apparently effect on fluorescence quenching, it is an important factor that affects the quenlity of optical fundus blood vessel development.
