摘　　要：讨论了线阵ＣＣＤ光电参量测试系统的标定、调试以及ＣＣＤ光电量的测量方法。重点进行了以下几个方面的讨论：积分球光源色温标定原理、方法及结果验证；线阵ＣＣＤ光电参量测试系统的调试与标定（用标准探测器标定辐照度，用标准探测器标定参考探测器，用参考探测器标定辐照度，积分球出射光均匀性校正）；The thesis discusses the calibration and adjustment of linear CCD photoelectronic test systenm,as well as measure method of CCD photoelectronic parameters.The discussion lays stress on the calibration principles ,methods and result verification of integrating sphere light source’s color temperature;The calibration and adjustement of linear CCD photoelectronic parameters test system。Inculuding calibrating the irradiance with standard detector,the reference detector with standard detector,then calibrating the irradiance with reference detec tor,and adjusting the uniformity of integrating sphere exit-light finally and the measure methods and programs of linear CCD photoelectronic parameters.
