摘 要:本文介绍了一种适用于短距离光纤通信与光纤传感器的0.85μm、10Mb/sPIN-FET混合集成光接收器的基本原理。从PIN-FET前置放大器出发,分析了热噪声因子Ζ的大小对接收器电路的热噪声均方电流的影响以及和接收器灵敏度的关系,指出了要改善PIN-FET接收器灵敏度主要是提高品质因素gm/CT2。为照顾到低噪声、宽频带,又兼顾到动态范围,因而采用了跨阻抗放大器的实际电路。电路采用混合集成的厚膜工艺,整个接收器集成于15×10mm2基片上,再安装于23×18×8mm3双列直插式金属管壳内,由光纤引出。经过测试达到的上升、下降时间小于30ns,带宽10Mb/s,最低接收灵敏度-46dBm。Tnis paper describes the basic principle of a 0.85μm. 10Mb/s PIN-FET hybrid integrated thick-film circuit receiver, which is used in short distant optical communication, and optical fiber sensor. From the PINFET preamplifier, the paper analyzes the influence of the size of the hot noise factor Z on the mean square current of its hot noise, and the relation between the receiving sensitivity and the size Z. The paper points out that it is important to increase the guality factor gm/cT2 in order to improve the sensitivity of PIN-FET receiver. In consideration of the low noise, wide band and the dynamic range, the practice circuit of cross-impedance amplifier is used.Using the technology of hybrid integrated and thick-film, the whole receiver is integrated on 15 × 10mm2 substrate, and then in 23 × 18 × 8mm2dual in-line metal package, which is output by fiber. According to the test,the rising and falling time is less than 30us, the bandwidth 10Mb/s, and the minimal receiving sensitivity-46dBm.
