摘  要:本文介绍了一种34Mb/s混合集成光中继器的设计与制造。光中继器包含有四个混合厚膜集成组件:集成在10×15mm2陶瓷基片上、封装于6脚金属管壳内的光接收前置放大器组件(模块);制作在26×37mm2的陶瓷基片上、并封装于48脚金属管壳内的AGC与主放大器模块;制作在15×27mm2的陶瓷基片上、再封装于24脚金属管壳内的定财提取模块以及制作在10×15mm2陶瓷基片上的LED驱动模块。光中继器接收灵敏度小于-34dBm(误码率10-9),眼图清晰,整机尺寸为145×76×44mm3。In the paper, a 34Mb/s hybrid integrated optical repeater is designed and made. The repeater contains four modules which used hybrid integrated thick-film circuit. The former amplifier module for optical receiver is integrated on a 10 × 15mm2 ceramic substrate and mounted in a 6-pin metal package. The AGC circuit and main amplifier module are integrated on a 26 × 37mm2 ceramic substrate and mounted in a 48-pin metal package. The timing extraction module is integrated on a 15× 27mm2 ceramic substrate and mounted in a 24-pin metal package, and LED driver module is integrated on a 10 × 15mm2 ceramic substrate.The receiving sensitivity of the optical repeater is less than-34 dBm (BER= 10-9) and eye pattern is clear. The size of tile whole device is 145 × 76 × 44mm3.
