摘　　要：本文综合分析光纤传输方式与微波、市话电缆、ＰＣＭ传输方式的技术经济性能；论述光纤传输技术在农话组网中的应用；介绍进一步降低农用数字光缆通信设施成本的措施。In this article the technical and economic performance for optical fiber transmission is compared with those of microwave transmission,local cable transmission and PCM transmission,where the incomparable superiority of optical fiber transmission in rural telephone networking is revealed,and measures to further reduce the costs of rural digital opticalcable cornlnunication equipment are introduced.
