摘 要:在不同性别AA肉仔鸡饲粮中添加不同浓度的铜,通过对肉仔鸡生产性能的观察及某些生化指标的测定,探讨铜在肉仔鸡饲粮中的适宜浓度。结果表明:肉仔鸡全期的体增重不受饲粮铜浓度的影响(P>0.05),饲料效率有高浓度铜(209.4mg/kg)可减少饲料耗用量的趋势,但统计上差异不显著(P>0.05)。在测定个别组织铜含量和血清学指标中,性别不同、生长阶段不同,肝、肾、毛铜含量差异显著(P<0.01),肌肉铜含量则差异不显著(P>0.05);血清铜兰蛋白有差异(P<0.05)。The suitable contents of Copper in diet for broiler were investigated by the experiments in600 day-old AA broilers,with male and female equally,to observe the productive properties andanalyse their some of the biochemical criterta. The results showed that the contents of Cu in the dietdid not effect the growing bodyweight of broiler in the total stages(P>0. 05),and the higher levelof Copper(209.4mg/kg) would decrese more the concumption of diet,but in this case,the differenceswere not gignificadt(P>0. 05).The analysis of copper content in tissue and blood serum(CP)in thevarfous of sexes and growing gtages showed that the Cu contents in the liver,kidney and feather weresignificant(P<0. 01 );in the muscle,were not significant(P>0. 05)and in the blood serum(CP)were different(P<0.05).
