耻骨上前列腺摘除术中止血方法的改进──综合止血法（附54例报告）

摘　　要：用综合止血法（①３％硫酸铝钾（明矾）溶液腺窝内止血；②腺窝口下半周连锁缝合；③可拆性膀胱颈荷包缝合使前列腺窝与膀胱暂时隔离）对５４例行耻骨上前列腺摘除术的结果表明：５４例手术止血效果良好，可减少或避免术后膀胱颈狭窄和腺窝感染等并发症。对该方法优点作了讨论。Using multiple procedures technique, suprapubic prostatectomy was performed in 54 casesof BPH. These procedures in cluded clothse-plugging with 3% aluminum potassium sulfate(Alum) solution at prastatic fossa, continuous button suturing at the down-half of prostatic fossa and isolating the prostatic fossa from the bladder with removable purse-string suture around the vesical neck. The resualts revealed that the blood loss and imcedence of vesical neck stricture and prostatic fossa infection were decreased. The advantages of these procedure were discussed.
