宜春钽锯矿次生细泥选矿新工艺的研究

摘　　要：采用多种选矿方法联合工艺处理宜春钽铌矿次生细泥，获得了很好的试验指标．研究表明，重－浮－重新工艺比单一重选流程优越，苯乙烯膦酸捕收剂浮选钽铌矿效果好．Ｐｂ（ＮＯ３）２是钽铌矿物有效的活化剂，Ｎａ２ＳｉＦ６和Ｐｂ（ＮＯ３）２配合使用，可使钽铌矿与硅酸盐脉石矿物很好的分离．Good test indexes have been achieved by adopting a combination process of several mineral processing methods to treat the secondary slime in Yichun Ta-Nb Mine.Study shows that a gravity concentration-flotation-gravity concentration process is superior to the single gravity concentration one and styryl phosphonic acid as a collector is effective to float Ta-Nb ores.Ph (NO3)2 is a good activator for Ta-Nb ores,it has proved to be successful to apply Na2SiF6 with Ph (NO3)2 to the separation of Ta-Nb ores and silicate gangue.
