摘　　要：本文阐述了行业技术项目对推动国家、行业及本单位科技工作发展所起的积极作用．指出行业技术项目的立项，应以市场为导向，与国家攻关计划相衔接，与本单位优势领域相结合；并且总结了采取经费拨、贷结合，政策引导与经济手段调节并举的做法和体会．In this paper, the active effect of trade technical projects on the promotion of the development of science and technology within the nation, the trade and the unit is described, and it is pointed out that the selection of trade technical projects should be guided by the market, linked up with the national key task plans and integrated with the preponderant fields of the unit. Also summarized in the paper are the method and experience on getting funds from both the fund allocation and loan and supervising projects by means of both policy guidance and economic measures.
