广西地区1641名献血员铁营养状况研究

摘　　要：对广西南宁、柳州、桂林、玉林四市血站１６４１名献血员进行血红蛋白、红细胞游离原卟啉、血清铁蛋白等铁指标测定，结果１０５０名男献血员及５９１名女献血员铁缺乏症患病率分别为３８．６７％及４５．８５％，其中缺铁性贫血患病率分别为２２．１％及３８．９２％；献血员铁缺乏症与年平均献血量关系较为密切。表明广西地区献血员铁缺乏症患病率较高，程度较为严重。The levels of serum ferritin, free erythrocyte protoporphyrin and hemoglobin of 1 641 blooddonors from Nanning, Liuzhou, Guilin and Yulin cities in Guangxi were examined. The amount of maleand female donors were 1 050 and 591, respectively. Iron deficiency were found in 38. 67% of male donors and 45. 85% of female donors. Incidence of iron deficiency anemia were 22. 1% in male donors and 38. 92% in female donors. There was a close relationship between the incidence of iron deficiencyand the amount of donation yearly.
