广西仙湖实验动物养殖场猕猴正常血清乳酸脱氢酶同工酶的研究

摘　　要：采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术，对４０例广西仙湖实验动物养殖场猕猴正常血清乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）同工酶进行定量分析，结果表明：猕猴血清ＬＤＨ同工酶活性含量和表型国有７个组型。其中Ｉ组ＬＤＨ３＞ＬＤＨ２＞ＬＤＨ１＞ＬＤＨ４＞ＬＤＨ５，占５５％（２２例）；Ⅱ组为ＬＤＨ２＞ＬＤＨ３＞ＬＤＨ１＞ＬＤＨ４＞ＬＤＨ５，占２７．５％（１１例）。此二组显示仙湖实验动物养殖场猕猴乳酸脱氢酶同工酶表型，反映了其基因型特征。Using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis technique,serum lactate dehydrogenaseisozymes of 40 Guangxi Macaca mulatta bred in Xian-hu laboratory animal farm were ana-lysed by Dual Wavelength TLC Scanne CS-930.The patterns obtained from our results showedthat the active quantities and sequences of LDH isozymes in normal serum of Guangxi monkeyscould be classified into 7 groups.In group I the active quantities and sequences wereLDH3> LDH2> LDH1> LDH4> LDH5,amounting to 55%(22 cases).In group Ⅱ,they wereLDH2> LDH3> LDH1 > LDH4> LDH5,amounting to 27.5%(11 cases).The above-men。tioned groups showed the genetic characteristics of Guangxi Macaca mulatta bred in GuangxiXian-hu laboratory animal farm。
