西洋参皂甙的高效液相色谱分析

摘　　要：本文应用高效液相色谱法对吉林产西洋参与美国产西洋参中主要皂甙Rb_1、Rb_2、Rc、Rd、Re、Rf、Rg_1 Rg_2的含量进行了比较测定。The contents of the major ginsenoside-Rb1, -Rb2, -Rc, -Rd. -Re, -Rf, -Rg1 and -Rg2 from Panax quinquefolium of Jilin Province and that of America were comparatively determined with high-performance liquid chrom-atography. The results and data obtained provide a scientific basis for establishing the standard of quality of Panax quinquefolium for Jilin Province and our country, and at the same time serve as a testimonial to successful introduction of this medicinal plant to China.
