慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺源性心脏病中医辩证及其胃肠道功能改变和胃电图异常

摘　　要：本工作的４１例临床观察表明，大多数慢性阻塞性肺疾病和肺源性心脏病代偿期患者属中医肺气虚辩证：肺源性心脏病失代偿期患者少数属肾虚证，而大多数尚囊有脾气虚胄不和表现，属脾肾两虚辩证，本工作还发现，脾肾两虚患者胄电图频率异常，餐后胃电图波幅显著低于正常：提示其胃蠕动减弱并紊乱，可引起胃排空延缓，而与纳差、食后腹胀、恶心呕吐等症状关系密切。中西医结合综合诊治肺源性心脏病时，应予以充分注意。Obvious gastroi ntestinal symtoms were found in patients with COPD(8 cases) and chronlc cor pulmanale (33 cases).These pationts were dlagnosedrespectively as defi ciency of lung(DL),defi ciency ofkidney(DK) and deflci-ency of both spleen and kidney (DSK).Examination of eletrogastrogram(EGG)showed that the frequency of EGG increased and becomes irregular InDK and DSK.The amplitude of EGG Obvious ly decreased in DSK, whichhad close relation with nausea, vomiting,and obdominal fullness after meal. Attention on changes of gastrointestinal functions should be pald in thetreatment of COPD and cor pulmanale.
